We have an opportunity for a full-time Senior Producer to lead complex projects and deliver consistently at the highest standard.

THE ROLE: SENIOR PRODUCER The Senior Producer responsible for delivering complex, medium to large scale projects of highly discerning global and local clients with creative, design and production standards that set new benchmarks within the market each time.

They will lead the team to manage multiple projects, ensuring they deliver on exceptional creative, design, and production standards while maximising client impact and investment.

The Senior

Producer will manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, manage projects from pitch to final execution, foster client relationships and achieve financial excellence and mentor junior team members. Key attributes for this role include excellent communication and organisational skills, autonomy, collaboration, leadership, mentorship, production excellence, and financial acumen.

ABOUT YOU:

- 8 + years' experience in brand experiences, or a comparable senior role




- A high-calibre operator with exacting standards across detail and delivery
- An end-to-end lead able to own projects from pitch through to post-project wrap up
- A collaborative leader who aligns creative, production, technical teams, suppliers and clients
- A capable mentor who strengthens teams and raises delivery standards across the agency
- Strong and proactive communicator skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Commercially astute, with strong budget management and negotiation capability
- Composed under pressure, with strong judgement and attention to quality
- Fluent in build and technical production
- Experience in, or a robust alignment with, luxury, fashion and beauty, and a clear understanding of pace, discretion and detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Current and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
