Your New Role

As the Senior Manager, ICT, you will provide strategic leadership across a broad technology portfolio, acting as the key interface between ICT and the wider business. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will identify organisational priorities and deliver technology solutions that enhance efficiency, capability and business outcomes.Leading a multidisciplinary ICT function, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and executing ICT strategy aligned to organisational objectives.
- Leading teams across IT services, application development and quality assurance.
- Driving innovation and identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies.
- Overseeing the delivery, support and continuous improvement of ICT services, infrastructure and applications.
- Managing ICT budgets, risks, resources and investment priorities.
- Strengthening service management practices, including incident, problem and change management.
- Building strong relationships with executive stakeholders and influencing key business decisions.





What You'll Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced ICT leader with a proven track record of leading teams, influencing stakeholders and delivering strategic technology outcomes in complex environments.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary ICT teams and functions.
- Strong strategic planning and business partnering capability.
- Experience managing ICT operations, services, infrastructure and applications.
- Sound financial management and budget responsibility.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- The ability to identify organisational risks, drive change and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of current and emerging technologies and their practical application.
- Relevant ICT qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
