Are you an experienced Laser and Dermal Therapist with a current QLD laser licence, looking for a clinic where you can keep developing while working alongside an experienced, supportive team?

The Skin Lab Brisbane is a premium, doctor-led dermatology and cosmetic medicine clinic focused on evidence-based care, advanced technology and exceptional patient experiences.

Our dermal team is experienced and long-standing, and we’re looking for another senior clinician who wants the same: a great clinic to stay, grow and build their career.

About the role

You’ll deliver advanced laser and dermal treatments, conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop individualised treatment plans alongside our doctors, nurses and dermal team.

Your work may include

- Pigmentation, vascular, rejuvenation, acne and scarring treatments
- BBL HEROic, MOXI, HALO and TRIBRID
- Pico laser
- CO2 and erbium resurfacing
- Vascular laser
- Laser hair reduction
- Chemical peels and microneedling
- HydraFacial and advanced skin treatments
- HIFU and body contouring
- Combination treatment planning across multiple modalities

As a senior member of the team, there will also be opportunities to contribute to training, clinical protocols and mentoring as your role develops.

Who we're looking for

You may be a qualified Dermal Therapist, Dermal Clinician or Cosmetic/Aesthetic Registered Nurse with strong laser experience.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Around 4+ years' experience in an advanced skin, cosmetic or dermatology clinic
- A current QLD laser licence
- Strong practical laser and dermal experience
- Confidence in skin consultations and treatment planning
- Excellent understanding of skin, laser safety and clinical protocols




- Exceptional patient care and communication skills
- A calm, professional and collaborative approach
- Genuine curiosity and a desire to keep learning
- An interest in building a long-term role within a strong clinical team

We’re looking for someone experienced and capable, but just as importantly, someone who enjoys being part of a team and wants to stay, grow and contribute. This role is an addition, not a replacement to our existing team.

The position

- Full-time preferred, or minimum 4 days per week
- Approximately 1–2 Saturdays per month
- Based in Spring Hill, Brisbane
- Remuneration based on experience, capability and scope
