We are working with a leading Australian law firm based in Perth for a Senior Lawyer to join their Front-End Construction team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Projects team in Perth, advising government bodies, energy and resources companies, mining businesses, real estate developers and contractors on complex, high-value construction, infrastructure and development projects. The role will have a predominantly front-end construction focus, providing exposure to major projects from initial development and procurement through to delivery.

The role will involve drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction, development and O&M; agreements across a range of commercial structures and pricing models, as well as advising on contractual arrangements,



project delivery issues and the management and resolution of claims.

Essential Criteria:

- 4+ years’ PQE;
- Strong front-end construction background;
- Experience liaising with clients;
- Strong team player;
- Commercial awareness;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Technically excellent.
