- 1. Expertise in Infor Hansen Functional Consultant
n
- 2. Application Implementation, Upgrade, Support & Development Experience
n
- 3. Knowledge in all the ERP Modules
n
- 4. Experience in support work environment based on SLAs, AMS projects
n
- 5. Versatile to work during weekend based on business requirements
n
- 6. Should have experience in Finance or Non-Finance
n

Good-to-Have :-

- 1. Experience in Supply points, Service orders, Route Management, NSLP, UMS, Asset Management, Address Maintenance, Embedded Network, Web Portal, Readings, Basic Meter Readings, Interval Readings
n
- 2. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
n
- 3.



Should be able to work on documentation like Business Requirement, test Case preparation, Business process
n
- 4. Basic Project Management skills like knowledge of Effort Estimation, Tasks Scheduling, Weekly Status Reporting, Driving Meetings.
n
- 5. Infor OS working experience
n

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :-

- 1 Expertise in Billing Meter to Cash and Finance Modules
n
- 2 Experience in Support, AMS, implementation, Upgrade and Support
n
- 3 Good documentation skills in Requirements Gathering, Preparing Functional Specs
n
- 4 Ability to work independently with little guidance and inputs.
n
- 5 Coordination with Project Manager, Delivery Manager on reporting weekly status.
n
- 6 Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.
