ServiceNow Developer (Contract) – Melbourne

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a key client mid-implementation, supporting the remediation, enhancement, and delivery of their ServiceNow platform.

n

With multiple modules already deployed and further scope still to come, this role will focus on strengthening technical delivery, resolving existing issues, and ensuring the platform is built in line with best practice ahead of transition to AMS.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across the platform
n
- Support stabilisation of live modules, resolving defects and improving performance
n
- Work closely with the Architect / Functional Lead to implement recommended improvements
n
- Ensure clean, scalable,



and maintainable code aligned with platform best practices
n
- Assist with upcoming releases, ensuring correct functionality and design decisions
n
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer for AMS handover
n

Key Experience

n

n
- Strong hands‐on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
n
- Expertise across key modules including ITSM, EAM, and FSM
n
- Experience working on in‐flight or post‐go‐live ServiceNow implementations
n
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations
n
- Solid understanding of platform best practices and development standards
