Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming — ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well‐maintained environment every day.

In this Role, You'll

n

n
- Maintain all garden areas through pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, hedging, mowing and edging.
n
- Keep grounds clean and protected by clearing debris, collecting bins, spraying for weeds/pests, and maintaining pool areas (if applicable).Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including tools, equipment, lighting, fixtures, fencing, BBQs and basic painting.

- Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests, provide feedback on contractor work, and elevate issues to trades when needed.
n




- Support site presentation and security by reporting damage or incidents and accurately logging all maintenance and repair activities.
