Internship Description

Do you want to help businesses make smarter decisions through data? As a Business Intelligence (BI) Intern, you'll gain practical experience working with Australian companies to design dashboards, analyse data, and generate insights that drive performance. Typical tasks may include:

n
- Assisting in gathering and cleaning business data
n
- Supporting the design of reports and dashboards using BI tools
n
- Analysing trends to support business decision-making
n
- Collaborating with teams to translate data into actionable insights
n
- Documenting processes and maintaining data accuracy
n

Knowledge & Skills

n

As this is an internship role, we welcome applications from university students and recent graduates. The following knowledge and skills will help you succeed:

- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts
n
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView
n
- Exposure to databases and SQL queries is desirable
n




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills and an eagerness to learn in a business environment

Eligibility

This program is open to international students and graduates who are:

n
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in IT, data science, business analytics, or a related field
n
- Interested in applying BI and data analysis skills in a qualified workplace
n
- Looking to gain practical local experience to launch their analytics career in Australia
n

The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated Mentor and Placement Consultant to guide, coach and offer career advice throughout the internship placement.
