The Role

Working directly with four experienced Partners, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients while mentoring and developing junior team members. You'll have exposure to a broad range of entities and industries, including well-known Australian businesses, giving you the opportunity to further develop your technical and advisory skills.

Your Responsibilities
n
n
- Help to manage a portfolio of business services and tax clients
n
- Review financial statements and income tax returns
n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
n
- Provide tax planning and business advisory services
n
- Mentor and review the work of junior and intermediate accountants
n
- Assist Partners with workflow management and client engagements
n
n
About You
n
n
- 4-5 + years Public Practice experience
n
- Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff
n
- Strong technical knowledge across business services and tax
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Motivated to progress your career within a supportive and high-performing firm
