The Opportunity for 2026

Join our finance team in Staplyton as a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on combining technical accounting expertise with strategic business insight.

n

You'll take ownership of month-end reporting, support budgeting and forecasting and work closely with Finance leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive smarter decisions.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Own month-end and management reporting, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful results.
n
- Partner with Finance leaders to explain performance, identify drivers, and influence decisions on pricing, costs, and investments.
n
- Support budgeting and forecasting,



building realistic plans and tracking progress.
n
- Maintain strong financial controls and processes.
n
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, reporting, and processes, and assist with audits.
n

About You

n

n
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with CA/CPA completed or in progress.
n
- 5+ years' experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a group, listed, or multi-entity environment.
n
- Experience in the construction industry is highly regarded.
n
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/reporting systems.
n
- Proven ability as a Finance Business Partner.
n
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate results under deadlines.
n
