The Role

This is a phone-based sales role where you will be responsible for contacting existing clients, warm leads and cold leads, generating recent opportunities and booking appointments.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Making outbound calls to existing clients and prospective clients
- Following up on warm and cold leads
- Building rapport and identifying opportunities
- Generating leads and booking appointments
- Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate records
- Working towards call and sales targets

What You Need to Succeed

- Proven experience in an outbound call centre, sales, appointment setting or telemarketing role
- Experience working in the education sector would be highly regarded, but is not essential – it’s all about personality!
- A strong sales mindset
- Great interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with people at all levels
- Self-motivated with a positive and energetic vibe
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable picking up the phone
