About the Opportunity

As a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant) you will be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team that provides direct care and assistance to residents in a specific household at St Vincent's Care Corinda. You will work under supervision, supporting residents' daily routine, lifestyle and choices to ensure they feel safe, valued, respected and engaged.

Responsibilities

- Assist and support residents with activities of daily living.
n
- Partner with residents to support their well‐being through professional, caring and efficient execution of required duties.
n
- Maintain accurate and timely records using AutumnCare (or similar software).
n
- Follow care plans, resident rights and responsibilities as per the Aged Care Act.
n

Qualifications

n

n
- CertificateIII in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications.
n
- Minimum 6 months of similar residential aged‐care experience, with dementia experience highly regarded.
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n




- Ability to maintain excellent records and use care‐plan software.
n
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC); NDIS Worker Screening Check may be required.
n
