Senior Associate to join our market leading Corporate Transactions team at Ashurst Perkins Coie, Sydney.

This role is ideal for someone looking to make a long-term commitment to their career in corporate law within a firm that will back their development and ambitions.

Qualifications

n
- Minimum 5 years PQE with proven M&A; experience, ideally gained at a leading firm, along with excellent technical and drafting skills.
n
- A commercial mindset with the ability to provide strategic advice, strong team orientation, and a drive to mentor junior colleagues while building long-term client relationships.
n
- Demonstrated complex M&A; and corporate advisory experience across the full business life cycle.
n
