Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to step into a leadership position within residential aged care? This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate clinical leader to join a medium-sized nursing home in the Albury region, supporting a high-performing team and delivering exceptional care to residents.

n

You will work within a strong leadership structure, reporting to the Facility Manager and collaborating with the Care Manager, Registered Nurses and care team to drive quality outcomes.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Provide clinical leadership and support to Registered Nurses and care staff.
n
- Assist with care planning, clinical assessments and monitoring resident outcomes.
n




- Support quality improvement initiatives and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
- Mentor and develop team members to promote best-practice clinical care.
n
- Monitor clinical documentation, incidents, risks and care delivery.
n
- Collaborate with residents, families, healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders.
n

About You:

n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse (RN) registration.
n
- Previous experience working within Residential Aged Care.
n
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- A passion for supporting teams and improving resident outcomes.
n
- A cooperative approach with the ability to lead and influence others.
n
