Are you keen to work outdoors, stay active, and learn new skills in a supportive team? We're a small, friendly gardening business based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, and we're looking for a reliable Garden Labourer to join our team.

About the Role:

n

This is an entry-level or early-experience role, perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and wants to develop a career in gardening or landscaping. You'll be supporting our experienced gardeners with general labour and garden maintenance tasks across a variety of residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

n

Assisting with weeding, mulching, planting, pruning, and mowing

n

Loading and unloading tools, green waste, and materials

n

Keeping job sites clean and tidy

n

Supporting the team in day-to-day tasks

n

Learning proper use of tools and garden techniques on the job

n

What We're Looking For:

n





Positive attitude and willingness to learn

n

Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all conditions

n

Punctual, reliable, and a valuable team player

n

Driver's licence (required)

n

Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or general labouring a bonus — but not essential

n
