A well-established two-partner accounting firm is looking for a Senior Manager or Associate Director to join the business as part of a planned succession strategy, with a clear pathway to full equity within 18 months.

The Opportunity

You will inherit and manage a fee base of approximately $900k across a loyal and long-standing client portfolio including:

- Commercial businesses
n
- Approximately 50 SMSFs
n
- Complex tax and advisory matters
n

You will work closely with the existing partners, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in the future growth and direction of the firm.
