We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our supportive team at our Moonee Ponds Home on a casual basis.

About the Role

n

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents.

n

Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team,



you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for resident-centred care, and contribute to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver safe and effective clinical care in accordance with individual care plans
n
- Develop, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
n
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
n
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and records
n
- Support residents living with Dementia and those requiring Palliative Care
n
- Adhere to infection prevention and control practices
n
- Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect
n

n

About You

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Previous experience in Aged Care
n
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations
n
- Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms
n
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
n
