At JD Sports, you will support the store management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandising and visual standards, and achieving sales results.

Responsibilities

- Model exceptional customer service with every customer.

- Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and a service‐over‐task environment.
n
- Actively gain, maintain, and share product and brand knowledge for the department.
n
- Support management to improve financial performance within the department.
n
- Work with the back‐of‐house team to ensure product availability.
n
- Uphold company standards and deliver store visual excellence.
n

Qualifications
n
n
- 2–3 years of experience within retail or a related industry.
n
- Passion for delivering an amazing service experience for customers.
n
- Positive attitude with the capacity to create a motivating environment for the team.
n
- Excellent time‐management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed timely.
n
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; thrives in social situations through engagement with customers and team members.
