Are you an experienced Novated Leasing Consultant who feels ready to take the next step but hasn't been given the opportunity to lead?

We're looking for a high-performing Novated Leasing Consultant to step into a Team Leader opportunity with a growing salary packaging business.

You don't need previous management experience. What matters is strong novated leasing experience, a proven sales record and the natural ability to support and motivate others.

The Role

You'll spend approximately 75% of your time managing your own pipeline and selling, with the remaining 25% focused on coaching and supporting a team of four Consultants and two Settlement Officers.

You'll receive direct mentorship from the Head of Sales & Client Relations to help develop your leadership capability and build towards senior leadership.
