The vacancy is for a senior or intermediate level Accountant with 2 or more years experience within public practice accounting in Australia.

The vacancy

- Prepare financial statements and income tax returns
- Manage client portfolio, run meetings, and maintain workflow (Senior level)
- Perform advisory services & tax consulting
- Tax Consulting (Senior level)
- Prepare and manage any other compliance obligations ie BAS, payroll tax, SMSF's etc
- Develop a rapport with clients & maintain and build on the relationship
- Train and mentor other Accountants, including reviewing work (Senior level)
- Companies, trusts and partnerships
- Build rapport with clients

To apply:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or related field,



plus CA/CPA qualification (or actively pursuing)
- Have 2 years or more experience within a public practice
- Primary production experience a bonus but not essential
- Strong tax knowledge
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with MYOB and/or Xero
- A genuine desire to grow with an evolving accounting firm
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- An approachable, friendly disposition
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- A strong attention to detail

- Must have permanent right to work in Australia
