Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced

Senior Security Testing / Penetration Tester to lead complex security assessments across enterprise environments, with solid expertise in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, secure code review, exploit development, and application security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, secure code reviews, and adversary emulation, focusing on real-world exploitability and attack paths.

- Act as a Security Testing SME, providing technical leadership, escalation support, and guidance across complex vulnerabilities and security assessments.

- Identify, validate, and exploit critical vulnerabilities and attack vectors, translating technical findings into actionable business risk and remediation.

- Drive security testing methodologies, standards, automation, and shift-left security, including integration of security tools into CI/CD pipelines.

- Provide technical mentorship, training, quality assurance, and security architecture guidance across security testing and secure development teams.





Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Security Testing, Penetration Testing, or Cyber Security.

- Strong experience across DevOps, Waterfall, CI/CD, vulnerability scanners, SAST, and Software Composition Analysis (SCA) tools.

- Strong knowledge of application security architecture, transport security, authentication, authorisation, threat modelling, logging, and monitoring.

- Demonstrated experience with exploit development, zero-day discovery, manual security testing, and attack path analysis.

- Relevant tertiary qualification in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Software/Network Engineering, or related discipline.

- OSCP/OSCE/OSWE, CREST, GIAC, CISSP/CCSP or equivalent certifications highly desirable.

- Prior software development/engineering experience and experience managing external security vendors are advantageous.
