We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for an inital 3 month contract to lead the delivery of a high-profile business-critical technology enhancement project within a large and complex enterprise environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the enhancement and implementation of functionality across an established enterprise platform, coordinating multidisciplinary delivery teams, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving successful outcomes within a fast-paced Agile delivery environment.

This is an excellent prospect for a seasoned Project Manager who has a strong background delivering software development, SaaS, CRM, COTS, or business application projects from initiation through to operational handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead project planning, governance, delivery, and reporting activities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, and issues.
- Manage project lifecycle activities from initiation through to deployment and operational handover.
- Facilitate project governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Testers, and Vendors.
- Manage scope, dependencies, risks, change requests, and delivery outcomes.
- Produce project documentation including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, financial reports, and closure reports.
- Ensure delivery aligns with agreed timelines, budgets,



and quality expectations.
- Support Agile delivery practices, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management roles.
- Proven experience delivering projects within complex ICT environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience reporting to senior executives and steering committees.
- Demonstrated experience using recognised project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, PMBOK, or equivalent.
- Strong Agile Project Management and/or Scrum delivery experience.
- Experience managing full project lifecycles, from business case and planning through to deployment and operational support transition.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams across:
- Business Analysis
- Solution Architecture
- Security
- Data
- Infrastructure
- Development
- Testing
- Experience delivering software development, SaaS, CRM, digital transformation, and/or Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) implementations.
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.

Highly Desirable

- Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Experience working within government, health, or other highly regulated environments.
- Scrum Master certification.
- PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
- Experience with SharePoint, reporting platforms, and enterprise application enhancements.
