Join us at an exciting point in our transformation journey as we redesign how our NRMA agency network serves customers into the future. This role will lead a high-profile program focused on renewing agency agreements and bringing a new operating model to life across our network. Working with leaders across Distribution, Legal, Finance and Partnering teams, you'll help turn strategy into action, delivering outcomes that support our customers, agency partners and business for years to come.
This is a max-term 12-month full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Hurstville or Parramatta offices Sydney).
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic agency contract renewal program, ensuring critical milestones are achieved within agreed timeframes.
- Coordinate cross functional teams across Distribution, Legal, Finance, Partnering and Risk to drive alignment and delivery outcomes.
- Develop project plans, governance forums, reporting and delivery artefacts that support informed decision making.
- Manage program risks, dependencies and commercial considerations while balancing stakeholder needs and business objectives.
- Facilitate reviews, approvals, contractual documentation and transition activities that support successful implementation.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and agency stakeholders to create shared ownership and momentum.
What You'll Bring
- Experience leading complex business transformation, commercial or contract related projects from planning through to delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working across diverse groups with competing priorities.
- Commercial acumen and exposure to contract negotiation, governance or partnership driven environments.
- Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies and delivery timelines in rapid paced settings.
- Experience working with Agile or iterative delivery approaches and strong project management disciplines.
- A collaborative and resilient approach, with the ability to influence, communicate clearly and bring people together.
