Senior Project Manager - Regulatory Delivery

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a large-scale regulatory and customer obligations program within financial services.

This role will focus on driving delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring clear accountability, governance, and execution. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will coordinate program activity, track progress against action plans, manage risks and dependencies and ensure workstream owners deliver against agreed commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead delivery activities across a complex customer obligations program.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage interdependencies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance artefacts, and delivery reporting.
- Drive accountability across senior stakeholders and workstream leads.
- Provide transparent guidance, actions, and next steps to support successful delivery.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and blockers.
- Facilitate governance forums, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.




- Prepare executive reporting and status updates.
- Ensure delivery outcomes align with regulatory obligations and program objectives.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within financial services.
- Demonstrated delivery experience across regulatory change, compliance, risk, or remediation programs.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leaders.
- Experience managing complex programs involving multiple business workstreams.
- Strong governance, planning, reporting, and delivery management capability.
- Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability across teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
