About the role:

- Based in Melbourne plan, develop and deliver content-led and client-led promotional campaigns across the KIIS and GOLD Networks, ensuring all activity is on-brand, on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and execute station promotions, survey tactics, content activations, events, client integrations and audience engagement initiatives that drive ratings, revenue and brand value.
- Collaborate with Content, Marketing and Commercial teams to create outstanding listener experiences and innovative campaign solutions.
- Manage campaign delivery from concept to execution, including briefs, budgets, job sheets, implementation plans and post-campaign reporting.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and provide clear campaign direction to content teams, on-air talent and internal partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights, optimisation recommendations and comprehensive reporting to internal stakeholders, clients and agencies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, agencies,



clients and internal teams to support successful campaign delivery.
- Ensure all promotions and campaigns meet legal, regulatory and company compliance requirements.

About you:

- Proven experience delivering successful integrated campaigns within radio, media, entertainment or a similar fast-paced workplace.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, budgets and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work across content, commercial and client-facing teams.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience developing and executing cross-platform promotional campaigns that deliver audience and commercial outcomes.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of execution.
- Experience with media industry systems and tools, including Microsoft Office, with Salesforce and Audata experience highly regarded.
- Minimum three years' experience in radio, media, promotions, marketing or a related industry.
