We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our Sydney team, supporting and maintaining mission-critical systems across industrial, infrastructure, and data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimisation of SCADA and control systems (including AVEVA System Platform, Ignition, Niagara, and PlantSCADA)
n
- Manage and resolve system incidents, tickets, and service requests in line with agreed SLAs
n
- Perform troubleshooting, fault finding, and root cause analysis across SCADA, PLC, and integrated systems
n
- Support upgrades, patches, and system improvements to ensure reliability, performance, and security
n
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality operational support and enhancements
n

Who You Are

n

n
- Proven experience in a SCADA/Control Systems/Automation Engineering role within industrial, BMS, or data centre environments
n




- Strong hands‐on experience with AVEVA/Wonderware (System Platform, Ignition, Niagara) or similar SCADA technologies
n
- Familiarity with PLC platforms (e.g. Allen‐Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, TIA Portal, WinCC) and industrial communications (OPC, MODBUS, BACNET)
n
- Experienced in support environments, including ticketing systems, incident management, and troubleshooting
n
- Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with a proactive approach to system reliability
n
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and end users
n
