Job Description

- Support the Sales, Service and Rentals teams by managing inventory
n
- Process ordering and storage of all required stock
n
- Assist with picking, packing and dispatching of medical equipment
n
- Ensure that accurate inventory levels are maintained
n
- Record goods movement in the system and periodic monitoring of stock accuracy
n
- Ensure compliance to OH&S; requirements
n
- Order, maintain, and issue spare parts to Service Technicians
n
- Perform cleaning duties in accordance to Infection Control Policies
n
- Maintain rental stock availability and maintenance including minor assembly of product
n
- Ensure that all units are in suitable condition, testing and charging for re-issuing into the market
n
- Arrange or use Arjo company vehicles to deliver equipment to customers
n
- Provide basic support within the Rentals decontamination facility as required
n

Requirements

n
- Experience in a Warehouse / Store person role
n
- Experience in the administration and monitoring of stock
n
- Valuable understanding of warehouse management systems
n
- Forklift Licence
n
- Effective communication with all working relationships
n
- Basic computer literacy is required to use in house applications (e.g. Microsoft Windows,



MS Office applications, SAP, etc.)
n
- Physically fit to safely carry out the duties of the role without significant risk to self or others
n
- Experience within a Healthcare related industry an advantage
n
