- Managing follow-up communication via phone, Zoom and email

- Working independently while leveraging established training and support systems

- Previous experience in a professional, corporate, administrative, consulting or client‐facing role

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable using Zoom, email and digital communication platforms
n
- Self‐motivated with good time management

- Able to work independently in a remote environment
