The Role

As Client Advisor, you will be the face of the boutique, delivering a personalised, inspiring and elevated experience to every client.

You will work closely with the boutique team to create meaningful client connections, drive sales and bring the brand's product, heritage and storytelling to life. This is a client-focused role where service, styling, communication and attention to detail are key.

- Delivering an exceptional and personalised luxury client experience
- Building genuine relationships with new and existing clients
- Understanding each client's style, needs and preferences
- Sharing product knowledge, styling advice and collection stories
- Contributing to boutique sales performance and individual targets
- Supporting clienteling activity and client follow-up
- Capturing accurate client information and building long-term client relationships
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, grooming and boutique image
- Supporting visual merchandising, boutique standards and day-to-day operations
- Working collaboratively with the wider boutique team




- Providing thoughtful after-sales service and ongoing client care

The Skillset

We are looking for a polished, warm and service-led retail professional who understands the importance of creating an exceptional client experience.

You may already have experience in Luxury Fashion, Premium Retail and Australian Designer, accessories, beauty, lifestyle or another elevated customer-facing environment. Previous luxury experience is highly regarded, but what matters most is your presentation, communication style, commercial mindset and ability to build trust with clients.

Experience working in Chatswood, the North Shore or with a local client base would be highly valued. Mandarin language skills would also be beneficial, though not essential.

You will bring:

- At least two years' experience in retail, customer service or a client-facing role
- A genuine passion for luxury retail, fashion and client experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence building relationships with clients
- Robust selling skills and a client-centric mindset
- A collaborative and team-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
- The ability to learn product knowledge quickly
- A flexible, adaptable and positive approach
- Confidence using retail systems and clienteling tools
