Based in Parramatta, you'll work closely with marketing, finance, procurement, suppliers and agencies to ensure marketing investments are managed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

n





This position supports the ANZ Marketing team across multiple business divisions, with responsibilities approximately split across:

n

- 70% Marketing Finance / AP Adminstration
n
- 10% New Zealand support
n
- 20% ISM (Installation Management and related activities)
n

n

You'll be responsible for coordinating marketing financial processes from purchase orders through to invoice management and reporting, ensuring compliance and timely payments.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage end-to-end marketing invoice processing and tracking
n
- Validate invoices and supporting documentation
n
- Coordinate invoice approvals with internal stakeholders
n
- Resolve supplier invoice queries
n
- Reconcile supplier statements
n
- Process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
n
- Maintain accurate PO records and process amendments
n
- Manage marketing approval workflows through internal systems
n
- Monitor marketing budgets and financial commitments
n
- Prepare monthly finance reporting and supporting documentation
n
- Support accounting requirements including tax documentation and reporting
n
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, agencies and internal teams
n
- Monitor outstanding accruals and marketing finance KPIs
n

About You

n





We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

n

You'll ideally bring:

n

n
- Previous experience in a finance administration, marketing finance or accounts support role
n
- Strong coordination and organisational skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Experience managing invoices, purchase orders or financial administration
n
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
n
- A collaborative approach with the confidence to work across multiple stakeholders
n
- Understanding of financial processes and controls
n

n

Desirable

n

n
- Experience using APMS and/or GERP systems
n
- Experience supporting marketing or commercial teams
n

n
