Role: Sr. Security Analyst – Zscaler ZIA

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Provide daily operational support for Zscaler ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access) and ZPA (Zscaler Private Access) environments.
n
- Monitor Zscaler dashboards and logs to identify and troubleshoot access, performance, and connectivity issues.
n
- Handle user onboarding, policy changes, and access provisioning in ZIA and ZPA portals.
n
- Work with end users and support teams to resolve incidents and service requests related to internet and private application access.
n
- Maintain and update Zscaler configurations in line with security and compliance requirements.
n
- Coordinate with Zscaler support for issue escalation and resolution.
n
- Document standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and incident resolution steps.
n
- Perform routine health checks, report generation, and compliance verification.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n




- Solid hands on experience with Zscaler ZIA and ZPA platforms.
n
- Good understanding of internet security, cloud access, and private application access concepts.
n
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler policies, rules, connectors, and client connectors.
n
- Familiarity with tools like Zscaler Admin Portal, Packet Capture, and Log Analysis.
n
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts: DNS, IP, VPN, SSL, GRE/IPSec tunnels.
n
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
n
- ITIL based ticket management (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) experience preferred.
