About the role

n

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Resident ServicesCoordinator at John Flynn Retirement Village inBurwood East (VIC).This is a Part Timerole working Monday to Friday 0830-1500 .In this role you'll work independently within ourvillage office. If you are organised, enthusiastic and have a passion for people - we'd love to hear from you!

At Ryman, our Resident ServicesCoordinator wears many hats. Some duties within this role include:

n

- Lead the effective delivery of thevillage resident service functionsincluding; triaging enquiries, updating resident information, collaborating with accounts and acting as village reception / administration
n
- Be responsible for the scheduling of resident services
n
- Collaborate with the broader team in regards to village maintenance, unit modifications, new admissions and open days
n

About you

- Have proven experience in an administration support role in a fast-paced and varied environment
n
- Be skilled at juggling conflicting priorities
n
- Be comfortable working independently - as a result of this be prepared to learn new skills
n
- Enjoy building meaningful relationships with our staff, our residents and their families
n
- Place a high emphasis on customer serviceand work hard to deliver exceptional service to our residents
n




- Have outstanding communication, organisation and attention to detail
n
- Experience with Alayacare (preferred)
