We're working with a high-performing restructuring & advisory firm in Perth looking to bring on a Manager to join their growing Corporate Finance & Restructuring team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across both strategic advisory and hands‐on insolvency engagements.

About the Role

n

You'll play a key role in supporting clients through complex financial situations—helping them make informed, strategic decisions across transactions, restructuring, and turnaround scenarios.

n

Working closely with senior leaders and the broader team, you'll be involved in both corporate finance projects and formal/informal restructuring engagements.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Develop robust Excel-based financial models for acquisitions, divestments, capital raises, and strategic initiatives
n
- Review and test models to ensure accuracy and reliability of outputs and assumptions
n
- Prepare model documentation, specifications, and key deliverables
n
- Provide commercial insights to support strategic decision‐making
n

n

Restructuring & Insolvency:

n

n
- Manage day‐to‐day aspects of formal insolvency engagements
n




- Support stakeholder communication (written and verbal)
n
- Assist on independent business reviews and informal turnaround engagements
n
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome statements
n
- Draft reports, presentations, and key correspondence
n

n

Team & Growth:

- Act as a key member across multiple engagements
n
- Support and mentor junior team members
n
- Contribute to client relationship building
n

n

About You

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in insolvency, restructuring, or corporate finance
n
- Strong commercial acumen and problem‐solving ability
n
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
n
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders
n
- A proactive, team‐oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
n
