About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled

Repair Centre Technician to join our technical services team. This hands-on role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electromechanical equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a repair centre or field service environment and a robust technical aptitude for troubleshooting complex hardware.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair faults in a variety of devices, including:

- ATMs

- Self-Service Checkouts (e.g., Coles, Woolworths)

- Poker Machines

- Large Printers (Fujitsu, Toshiba, Canon, etc.)

- Money Changing Machines

- Parking Complex Ticket Payment Machines

- Perform component-level repairs and part replacements

- Conduct functional testing and quality assurance before redeployment

- Maintain accurate service records and repair logs





- Collaborate with field technicians and support teams to resolve recurring issues

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience:

- Previous experience as a

Repair Centre Technician or

Field Technician

- Hands-on exposure to the devices listed above

- Technical Skills:

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

- Familiarity with electromechanical systems and repair tools

- Education (preferred):

- Degree or diploma in

Information Technology
