Our client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Deployment & Environment Engineer to support an enterprise-scale Salesforce program.The role will focus on Salesforce environment management, deployment execution, release coordination, CI/CD pipelines and technical change governance across Dev, SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod and Production.

Key requirements:

- Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce environments and deployments
- Understanding of Salesforce metadata, configuration, and environment parity
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, branching strategies and pull requests
- Salesforce deployment tooling such as SFDX, Gearset, Copado or DevOps Center
- Experience coordinating releases, hotfixes, rollback and deployment remediation
- Strong understanding of release/change governance and CAB processes
- Experience managing sandbox refreshes and environment readiness




- Strong Jira and Agile/Scrum experience
- Proven ability to coordinate across Developers, DevOps, Architects, QA, Integration and Business teams
- Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds is highly desirable
