- As a Senior SEO Specialist, you’ll lead some of the agency’s most challenging, high-impact campaigns, owning strategy and execution end-to-end, and improving how we do SEO across the board.
- Your day-to-day might include:
- Leading high-level SEO campaigns
- and maximising outcomes on key A/A+ accounts.
- Building ROI-focused strategies
- across on-page, off-page, technical, and content, with a data-driven approach.
- Running audits
- and turning findings into clear priorities, roadmaps, and actions.
- Managing advanced onsite changes
- with practical knowledge of website construction (HTML/CSS and basic PHP principles).
- Communicating directly with clients
- (emails, calls, meetings) and presenting results in a way that builds trust.
- Mentoring juniors
- supporting campaign check-ins, and acting as 2IC for your Team Leader when needed.
- Creating/rolling out better workflows
- and delivering internal projects (“side quests”) that lift delivery quality and team capability.
- Occasionally running training sessions
- for the wider SEO team (masterclasses/workshops).

- 2–3 years hands-on SEO experience (or equivalent), including experience in an SEO Specialist role.
- Solid experience across core SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush) and platforms like WordPress,



Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
- Proven experience using AI to optimise SEO processes and strategies.
- The ability to identify technical issues that impact organic performance and drive fixes through.
- Strong and clear communication skills which you will use via emails, phone calls and during internal & external meetings.

- Base salary: AUD $100,000 to $110,000 + superannuation (depending on experience & technical ability)
