An opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a highly regarded WA commercial construction business with a strong pipeline of projects across Perth.

With an established reputation across industrial, logistics, commercial and specialist Design & Construct projects (delivering major commercial projects in the $40m–$60m range), the business has delivered major warehouses, distribution centres, workshops and technically complex facilities for some of Australia's most recognised organisations.

Due to continued growth and a solid forward workload, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager who can take ownership of site delivery and play a key role within the broader construction team.

The Role As Senior Site Manager , you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of the project, working closely with the Project Manager and site team from mobilisation through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

- Leading all site operations and subcontractor coordination
- Managing construction sequencing and short-term programming
- Driving programme, quality and safety outcomes
- Coordinating trades, consultants and project stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
- Managing site logistics and ensuring works progress efficiently
- Maintaining high standards across QA, WHS and project documentation




- Leading and mentoring Supervisors and the wider site team
- Driving the project through commissioning, completion and handover

About You We Are Looking For An Experienced Construction Professional With

- Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager within commercial construction
- A strong track record delivering industrial, commercial, logistics or large-scale D&C; projects
- Excellent knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and programming
- Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to project delivery
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build a positive site culture
