The business combines broadacre irrigated cropping, improved pastures and a prime lamb and wool enterprise operating across properties in both New South Wales and Victoria. Deere and CASE IH machinery fleets are supported by both GreenStar and Trimble guidance systems. The successful candidate will report directly to the owners and work closely with an experienced team.



This position would suit a capable station hand or senior farm hand looking to take on greater responsibility and contribute to a progressive mixed farming business.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Operate and maintain modern cropping machinery across planting, spraying, irrigation and harvest operations.

- Undertake livestock handling duties including mustering, drenching, vaccinating, feeding and general animal husbandry.

- Assist with irrigation activities including overhead irrigators, flood irrigation systems, pumps and engine maintenance.

- Complete farm records and reporting requirements including chemical usage, livestock treatments and cropping activities.

- Contribute to general property maintenance and work collaboratively with the broader farm team.

Selection Criteria:

- Previous experience in mixed farming, with strong machinery operating skills highly regarded.

- Experience operating John Deere and/or CASE IH equipment preferred.

- Ability to work effectively within a team while demonstrating initiative and adaptability.

- Strong attention to record keeping, compliance and safe chemical handling practices.

- Passion for agriculture, a positive attitude and willingness to continue developing skills and qualifications.
