You'll have access to our new rehabilitation gym, brand-current HUR rehabilitation equipment, Clinical Pilates studios, reformers, strength and conditioning equipment,



hydrotherapy and neurological rehabilitation facilities.

We also have our Recovery Room with ice baths, sauna and red-light therapy.

This means you're not limited to a treatment room.

You can take someone from their initial assessment and hands-on treatment right through to exercise rehabilitation, strength training, balance, functional rehabilitation and return to sport or independence.

We Will Invest in You as a New Graduate

We don't expect you to finish university knowing everything.

That's exactly why we're building our Inner Balance New Graduate Training Program.

We'll teach you the Inner Balance Client Journey from beginning to end – including initial consultations, clinical reasoning, treatment planning, exercise prescription, rehabilitation, communication, rebooking, documentation, reports, outcome measures and reviewing progress.

You'll receive regular 1:1 mentoring, practical training, case discussions, observation, role-playing, repetition and practice, clinical resources, templates, checklists and ongoing feedback.

Our goal is to gradually build your confidence until you can walk into a consultation knowing exactly what you're doing, why you're doing it and where you're taking that client.

Build a HUGE Range of Clinical Skills

You'll have opportunities to work across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, seniors, falls and balance, Clinical Pilates, NDIS, aged care, hydrotherapy, home visits and gym-based rehabilitation.
