About the role

This role leads day-to-day transactional finance operations while driving strategic, finance-led initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve data integrity. You will ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions while delivering projects that optimize systems, automate processes, implement policies, and integrate business solutions. Working across the organization, you'll align finance operations with business objectives, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

About you

You're an adaptable and collaborative finance leader with a passion for building high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and continuous improvement. You thrive in quick-paced environments, confidently navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and leading change with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. You bring strong experience across accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, audits, financial reporting and providing sound financial oversight at support. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills enable you to influence across all levels of the business, while your analytical mindset helps identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, and operational performance.

Your key experience will include:

- Tertiary qualification in accounting or a related discipline (preferred).
- Experience in a similar finance leadership role.
- Proven leadership of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement,



and relationship management skills.
- Experience with financial reporting, audits, and reconciliations.
- Demonstrated success driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months).
