About the Role

We are seeking an New and Used Vehicle Sales Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role driving showroom performance.

You will play a key role in leading by example, supporting the sales team, and ensuring consistent standards across customer experience, compliance, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve solid vehicle sales results

- Managing the new vehicle sales team

- Assist with deal structuring, approvals, and finance coordination

- Support lead management, follow-up standards, and CRM compliance

- Coach and mentor sales consultants to improve performance

- Maintain high standards of customer experience and professionalism

Skills & Experience

- Current experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or Consultant

- Proven track record of consistent sales performance





- Strong desire to progress into sales leadership and management

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Professional presentation and strong work ethic

- Solid understanding of dealership sales processes and compliance
