Job Description
Join us in Melton South as an Assistant Coordinator, ready to build your confidence in leadership, operations, and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week. You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 6.45 - 9.00am (Rise then Shine) and 2.45 - 6.30pm (Stay and Play).

About the role
The role is designed for someone ready to step up and develop as a leader. With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, there will be many opportunities where you’ll gain hands-on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community. You will also play a key role in the ongoing growth and success with this school.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
- Become RP (responsible person) trained
- Build your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administration
- Create exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiences
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
- Develop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunities
