As a Rehabilitation Consultant within the Current Employment Services team, you’ll help people facing health challenges find new employment opportunities and support them in returning to meaningful & sustainable work to live the best life they can!

Some of your day to day includes:

- Conduct vocational assessments and develop tailored return-to-work plans.
- Provide vocational counselling, coaching, and job-seeking support.
- Source employment opportunities and connect clients with suitable employers.
- Build strong relationships with employers, healthcare providers, and stakeholders.
- Support injured workers to overcome barriers and achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
- Prepare case notes, progress updates, and rehabilitation reports.
