We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Project Director - Cost Estimating to lead and grow our Cost Management capability across Australia. This is a strategic leadership chance for an industry expert who is passionate about client service, business growth and developing high-performing teams.

As Project Director - Cost Estimating, you will lead our cost estimating function across Australia, driving technical excellence, operational performance and business growth. You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing team while strengthening client relationships and expanding our market presence.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and mentoring cost management team leaders and professionals to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Acting as the primary senior interface for clients,



building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Overseeing the delivery of cost estimating and cost management services, ensuring quality, consistency and timely project delivery.
- Establishing and maintaining standardised systems, procedures and documentation aligned with Turner & Townsend standards and client expectations.
- Driving business development activities, securing new opportunities and supporting tender submissions, negotiations and client presentations.
- Managing resource planning, financial performance, forecasting and commission profitability across the portfolio.
- Ensuring team capability through coaching, development and relevant technical training.
