Our team is growing, and we're on the lookout for a driven, results-focused Internal Sales Representatives and Call Centre professionals to join our high-performing Internal Sales Team at our Wingfield branch.

Starting as an Internal Sales Representative, you will receive ongoing training and development to hone your skills and progress to external - customer facing sales roles, playing a key role in driving growth across the Access Express brand.

Your day will include:

- Researching and identifying upcoming projects and potential clients
- Generating current business through inbound leads and proactive outbound calls (warm and cold)
- Preparing customer quotes and providing accurate technical product information
- Organising and distributing marketing packs to increase brand awareness across SA
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
- Working closely with Sales and Operations teams to exceed performance targets

This role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm from our Wingfield branch

About You

- Experience working as a Telemarketer or Call Centre Operator (desired but not essential)
- Exposure to outbound calling or inside sales will be highly regarded.
- The ability to quickly learn and retain technical product knowledge in a fast-paced workplace
- A natural talent for identifying and creating new business opportunities
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- The ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a dynamic and competitive team environment
- A positive, energetic, and team-first attitude
- Resilience, with the ability to bounce back when the days don't always go to plan
- A willingness to learn, be coached, and develop ed
