Grand Motors Automall | Multi-Brand Dealership

Grand Motors Automall is looking for an experienced and highly organised Vehicle Stock Controller to join our busy multi-brand dealership team.

This is a key operational role responsible for keeping vehicle stock moving smoothly from factory order through to customer delivery, working across multiple brands, systems and departments.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with Sales Managers, OEM representatives, transport providers, finance and administration teams to ensure vehicles are accurately ordered, tracked, costed, funded and delivered.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing vehicle orders and stock across multiple OEM systems

- Tracking factory orders, allocations, production and vehicle arrivals

- Coordinating vehicle transport, transfers and dealer trades

- Maintaining accurate stock records and reconciliations

- Managing floorplan, bailment and vehicle funding processes

- Checking vehicle invoices, credits, rebates and support payments

- Preparing stock, ageing and floorplan reports

- Coordinating with OEMs, suppliers and internal departments





- Identifying discrepancies and ensuring issues are resolved promptly

About You

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, accurate and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous automotive dealership, stock control or administration experience

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

- Confident communication and problem-solving abilities

- Strong Excel and numerical skills

- Experience with DMS and OEM systems

- Knowledge of floorplan, bailment or vehicle costing is highly regarded
