About BREATHE

BREATHE is a social recovery club designed around recovery, movement and connection. We bring together recovery facilities, a Pilates studio and café in a relaxed, social workplace where people can come to move, recover, unwind and connect.

We’re looking for someone who can help create that welcoming experience from the moment our members and guests walk through the door.

Job Summary

BREATHE is looking for a friendly, confident and reliable Front of House / Reception & Café Team Member to join our casual team.

The role is a mix of customer service, reception, sales and basic café duties. You’ll be the first point of contact for our members and guests, helping create a welcoming and positive experience while assisting with the day-to-day running of the club.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is confident speaking with customers, has a positive attitude and is happy to get involved wherever needed. Basic café experience is preferred, but training can be provided for the right person.

The role includes:

- Welcoming members and guests and providing friendly, professional service

- Managing front desk/reception enquiries

- Assisting with memberships, bookings and general customer enquiries

- Sales and promoting memberships, services and products





- Taking café orders and handling payments

- Preparing basic coffees, drinks and café items

- Keeping the café, reception and customer areas clean and tidy

- Restocking supplies and general housekeeping

- Assisting with opening and closing duties

- Helping with general day-to-day tasks as required

- Creating a great overall experience for our members and guests

What we’re looking for:

- Friendly, approachable and confident personality

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Comfortable with sales and speaking with customers

- Basic café/barista skills — training can be provided

- Reliable, organised and able to work independently

- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed

- Previous hospitality, reception, retail, sales or customer service experience is advantageous

Hours & Availability:

- Casual position

- Flexible casual hours

- Must be available to work weekends
