About the Role
Lead a skilled social work team and deliver expert care across CALHN’s multiple sites through the social work department's Single Service, Multiple Site model.
• Lead staff, workload and clinical standards
• Provide expert clinical care
• Guide supervision, practice quality, education and participate in research
• Drive quality improvement and partnerships
About You
We’re looking for an experienced social work leader who brings sound clinical judgement, strong collaboration and a commitment to patient-centred care.
• Hold a Social Work degree eligible for full AASW membership
• Bring substantial recent clinical social work experience
• Demonstrate strong leadership and staff supervision skills
• Apply evidence based practice and sound clinical judgement
• Drive service improvement, research and clinical evaluation
