About the Role
Make a meaningful difference with the delivery of compassionate person-centred care in our palliative care ward supporting patients, families and colleagues.
• Deliver safe, person centred palliative care
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team
• Support students, Assistants in Nursing and Enrolled Nurses
• Build strong partnerships across health services
About You
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring sound nursing practice and a caring, team focused approach.
• Registered Nurse with current or eligible practising certificate
• Demonstrated competence in nursing practice and standards
• Solid communication, problem solving and teamwork skills
• Commitment to consumer and family centred care
• Knowledge of legislation, nursing standards and quality systems
