Regional Group is a diversified industrial business operating across three divisions:

- Steel Fabrication

- Screw Pole & Drilling

- Ground Stabilisation & Polymer Solutions

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded Executive Team’s Assistant to work closely with them and support the wider business.

This is a varied hybrid role combining executive support, business coordination, operations, customer service, and business development/sales support.

The successful candidate will be someone who can think ahead, take ownership, build strong relationships, and keep things moving.

About the Role

Working closely with the Executive Team, you will provide day-to-day support across the business while helping coordinate our three divisions and develop new business opportunities.

This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable moving between management support, administration, customers, sales, and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Team Support

- Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Executive Team

- Manage meetings, appointments, priorities, and follow-up actions.

- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting documentation.

- Maintain action registers and ensure agreed tasks are followed through.

- Coordinate information between management, office, and operational teams.

- Assist with business projects, reporting, and process improvements.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Business Development & Sales Support

- Work with BDM to help service new business opportunities and potential clients.

- Maintain the company's CRM and sales pipeline.

- Help with enquiries, leads, and quotations.

- Assist with preparing quotes, tenders, proposals, and capability statements.

- Coordinate information between customers and the relevant division.

- Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective customers.

- Arrange client meetings, site visits, and presentations.





- Track opportunities from enquiry through to outcome.

- Assist with developing new accounts and maintaining key customer relationships.

- Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling between the three divisions.

Customer & Commercial Support

- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.

- Assist the Executive Team with key customer relationships.

- Prepare sales and pipeline reports.

- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and business reporting as required.

- Monitor upcoming projects and identify potential opportunities.

- Assist with customer onboarding and handover to the relevant operational team.

Operations & Administration

- Assist with coordination between the three divisions.

- Follow up on operational priorities, deadlines, and outstanding actions.

- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.

- Assist with improving systems, processes, and communication.

- Support special projects and other business initiatives as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experience in business development, sales support,



executive assistance, administration, operations coordination, or account management would be highly regarded.

Experience in steel fabrication, construction, civil, drilling, engineering, mining, manufacturing, or other industrial environments would also be advantageous.

Skills & Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Experience with CRM or job management systems is desirable.

- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage confidential information.

- Current driver's licence.

- Ability to work effectively with both office and operational personnel.
